The University for the Creative Arts supports the learning and teaching development of academic and support staff through the postgraduate certificate (PGC LTCA) and continuous professional development (CPD) programmes.
The Post Graduate Certificate Learning and Teaching in the Creative Arts offers staff an opportunity to gain teaching qualification recognized by the Higher Education Academy and Lifelong Learning.
Continuous professional development in learning and teaching is a requirement for all academic staff to maintain their professional registration. Learning and Teaching feeds into the work the University's Learning & Development department undertake to develop a range of CPD activities for all staff.
