Our aim is to provide high-quality services to support your learning, teaching and research needs.
In recognition of our commitment we were nominated for the 'Outstanding Library Team' category in 2009 Times Higher Education Awards. The nomination highlighted the diverse ways that Library staff monitor and evaluate their services and how they use this data to inform service planning and development. It made special reference to the very positive feedback we receive from students via the internal student survey and the external National Student Survey.
The University Library gained the Customer Service Excellence standard in March 2011, a government standard which recognises the quality of our service.
