Is Your Address Up-To-Date?

In order for UCA to contact you during term time and holidays, it is important that both your home and term time addresses are up-to-date.

To make sure that both your home and term time address are up-to-date. Log into myUCA using your network login

  • Click on myRecords at the top.
  • Click on Student Home on the left.
  • Click View My Details located under Student Details.

Please make sure that you are aware of the difference between your 'Home' and 'Term Time' address. Your home address is where you live when you are not attending UCA, (for example during the summer holidays) for the majority of students, this will be your family home. Your term time address is where you live when you are fully enrolled and attending classes at UCA. This may be a halls of residence on one of the campus', a shared house/flat off campus or in some cases a student's own home.

"I can't seem to edit my address on myRecords, what else can I do?"

If myRecords is not working, email: myrecordshelp@ucreative.ac.uk. In your email state your full name, student number, date of birth, the course you are studying as well as your old and new addresses.  

Please be aware that in this case addresses are updated manually by staff so please allow at least one working week day for the change to be implemented.
